The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has taken into custody Freeman Sarbah, Acting Head of Legal Services at the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). Sarbah is under investigation for alleged corruption, corruption-related offences, and obstruction of justice in connection with the GRA–Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited (SML) revenue assurance contract.
OSP has not provided further details, but the arrest signals the agency’s continued focus on probing alleged financial misconduct within public institutions.
