President William Ruto has expressed strong optimism about Kenya’s economic future, stating there is “no reason” the country cannot catch up with rapidly developed nations such as Singapore, Malaysia, and South Korea.
Speaking during a recent public address, the President vowed to make bold and strategic decisions aimed at transforming Kenya’s economy and governance systems. He emphasized that with the right leadership, investment in infrastructure, education, and innovation, Kenya can close the gap with these Asian success stories.
“We have what it takes. We must make the right choices now to secure a prosperous future,” President Ruto affirmed.
His remarks come amid ongoing reforms targeting key sectors including agriculture, digital economy, and industrialization.
