Ghana Immigration Officer Found dead with Slashed Neck After Meeting to Collect GH₵200,000 debt

Accra, Ghana – In a grim update to the earlier report, new details have emerged regarding the death of immigration officer Stephen King Amoah, who was found dead after being reported missing. The 38-year-old officer was discovered in Kwabenya, Greater Accra Region, under deeply disturbing circumstances.

Sources close to the investigation reveal that Amoah’s body was found with multiple stab wounds to the chest and neck. Adding to the brutality, the body had been partially set on fire, suggesting a deliberate attempt to conceal the crime. Investigators believe the attackers wrapped the body in a woolen carpet before dumping it at a secluded spot along the Abuom-Abokobi road.

These new details intensify the mystery surrounding Amoah’s death and underscore the violent nature of the crime. Authorities are now focusing on identifying the perpetrators and determining the motive behind the murder. The Ghana Immigration Service is expected to release a statement soon, as the community reels from this shocking and tragic loss. The investigation is ongoing, and further updates will be provided as they become available.
