David Adeenze Kangah, a former Deputy Commissioner of the Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana, has passed away at the age of 78. He served the Commission with distinction for 19 years, retiring in 2012 as Deputy Chairman in charge of Finance and Administration.
Mr. Kangah was known for his professionalism and commitment to Ghana’s democratic processes, playing a key role in several national elections during his tenure.
