Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman, Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, has alleged that the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has seized 15 of his luxury vehicles despite his possession of valid legal documents proving ownership.
Wontumi expressed concern over the development, stating that all the cars were acquired lawfully and that EOCO’s actions were unjustified.
Details surrounding the reason for the seizure have not been officially disclosed. However, the incident has sparked public interest and raised questions about asset seizures and the legal rights of individuals under investigation.
More updates are expected as the case unfolds.
