The National Security Coordinator, COP Osman Abdul Razak, has revealed that over 10,000 CCTV cameras have been installed across the country as part of a nationwide effort to enhance surveillance and crime prevention.
Speaking on the initiative, he noted that the deployment is a key component of Ghana’s broader national security strategy, aimed at improving response times, deterring criminal activity, and ensuring public safety.
The move underscores the government’s commitment to leveraging technology in addressing security challenges and creating safer communities.
