Miss Uganda has drawn attention with a dress inspired by the seven surgical layers involved in a Caesarean section, using fashion to celebrate motherhood and the strength of women.
The design represents the layers surgeons pass through during the procedure, turning a medical process into a visual tribute to mothers who undergo Caesarean deliveries.

The outfit highlights the physical challenges associated with childbirth while celebrating the resilience, courage and beauty of motherhood.
Through the symbolic design, Miss Uganda’s appearance has brought greater attention to the experiences of mothers and the realities of Caesarean section deliveries.
