Raphael Mensah, a wanted individual who had been outside the country, has returned from abroad, voluntarily surrendered, and was placed before the court earlier today.

The court has granted him bail set at GHS 100,000, with two sureties. As part of the bail conditions, Mr. Mensah has been ordered to deposit his passport with the authorities and must report to the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) every two weeks.

The charges against Mensah have not been publicly detailed at this time, but the case is expected to attract significant public interest as legal proceedings unfold.

Authorities have yet to provide further comment on the nature of the investigation or the events leading to his return.
