A low-speed collision occurred between two Delta passenger planes at New York City’s LaGuardia Airport, causing minor damage and one injury.
According to Delta Air Lines, the incident involved Endeavor Air Flight 5047, arriving from Charlotte, and Flight 5155, preparing to depart for Roanoke. The wing of one aircraft struck the cockpit window of the other while taxiing.
One flight attendant suffered a minor injury and was taken to the hospital. The airline says it’s cooperating with authorities to investigate the cause of the incident.
