Tracy Owusu Addo, wife of celebrated rapper Sarkodie, recently made a significant impact at Ningo Senior High School (SHS) by supporting the Dzata Foundation’s #MenstrualHygieneDay initiative on May 28th. This collaboration underscores her commitment to women’s health and education.
During the event, Tracy Owusu Addo proudly donated 320 packs of sanitary pads, providing a three-month supply for each girl at Ningo SHS. This contribution ensures that the students have access to essential menstrual hygiene products, promoting their well-being and enabling them to focus on their education without concern.
In line with the goals of Brave Connect GH, the initiative also highlighted the importance of menstrual health education. By combining resources with knowledge, the effort aims to empower young girls to manage their menstrual health with confidence and break down stigmas.
