Sam George’s Legal team Responds to False Allegations by P.K Sarpong

In a bold move to protect the reputation of Hon. Samuel Nartey George (MP) and the Minister of Communication, Digital Technology & Innovations, the Law Firm of Sam George has issued a cease and desist letter to Mr. P.K. Sarpong, known online as “Whispers.” The action comes in response to a Facebook post by Sarpong that made serious and unsubstantiated claims.

The crux of the matter lies in Sarpong’s allegation that Hon. Samuel Nartey George improperly received a Lexus, supposedly defying directives issued by H.E. John Dramani Mahama. These claims, deemed entirely false and defamatory, have prompted a swift and decisive response from George’s legal team.

The cease and desist letter demands immediate action from Sarpong: the removal of the offending Facebook post, a public retraction of the false statements, and a sincere apology. All of this must be accomplished within seven days. Failure to comply will result in the commencement of legal proceedings to seek redress for the damage caused by the false publication. The law firm is taking this matter seriously, underscoring the importance of verifying information before sharing it online.
