The Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) has announced a temporary closure of the road from the Central Gate to the Harbour Roundabout (Exit Lane) at Tema Port to allow for paving works at the GHACEM Traffic Light Intersection.
The closure began on Friday, August 29, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. and is expected to end on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 6:00 A.M.
During this period, all vehicular traffic will be rerouted, with the Port Security Department managing traffic flow. GPHA has apologized for any inconvenience caused and urged port users and the public to cooperate with the temporary arrangements to ensure safety and smoother traffic in the future.
