Paul Adom-Otchere Sues OSP Over Property Declaration Order

Media personality and former Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL) Board Chairman, Paul Adom-Otchere, has filed a lawsuit against the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) at the High Court, challenging a directive ordering him to declare his property and income.

The suit, filed through his lawyer and former Attorney-General Godfred Dame, argues that the OSP’s August 4, 2025 directive is unlawful, breaches the Office of the Special Prosecutor Act, 2017 (Act 959), and constitutes an abuse of power.

The OSP, led by Kissi Agyebeng, issued the order as part of an ongoing investigation into Adom-Otchere, setting the stage for a high-profile legal battle testing the limits of the OSP’s authority.
