In a landmark move, Engineers & Planners have made the full payment of $100 million, finalizing the acquisition of rights and interests in the Black Volta Sankofa Gold Project. This transaction marks the last phase of the equity transfer process, officially transferring Azumah Resources Ghana Ltd into wholly Ghanaian ownership and control. With this development, all previous litigation related to the project has been resolved, paving the way for a smoother path forward in Ghana’s mining sector.
