President Boko, focused on diversifying Botswana’s economy and empowering the youth, appointed her as Minister of Youth and Gender. Chombo, passionate about youth development and gender equality, aims to create an environment where young people can thrive. She emphasizes the need for youth-led initiatives and entrepreneurship, especially given Botswana’s high unemployment rates.
