The President of the Ghana Journalists Association (GJA), Dr. Kwabena Dwumfour, announced today at a press conference held at the International Press Center that the top awardees of the 29th GJA Awards will be treated to an exclusive trip to Turkey.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Dwumfour said, “This sponsorship from Turkish Airways and the Turkish Embassy is our way of rewarding excellence. The top three awardees will receive tickets, accommodation, visas, and an exclusive tour in Turkey.”
The 29th GJA Awards will be held at Manhyia Palace and is expected to be attended by distinguished guests, including President John Mahama, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, state ministers, and other prominent figures.
This initiative underscores the GJA’s dedication to recognizing outstanding journalism and supporting its top performers.
