Ghana Police Service Receives 40 New Armored Vehicles from President Mahama Ahead of Yuletide

In a move to strengthen security ahead of the festive season, President John Dramani Mahama this morning handed over 40 new armored vehicles to the Ghana Police Service. The handover ceremony, held earlier today, underscores the government’s commitment to ensuring a safe and crime-free Yuletide for all Ghanaians.

Following the handover, the Ghana Police Service paraded through the streets, showcasing the newly acquired vehicles and demonstrating their readiness to maintain law and order during the busy holiday period.

In a video that is currently trending, President Mahama was seen personally test-driving one of the armored vehicles, much to the excitement of onlookers. The parade and handover signal a renewed focus on public safety and the modernization of the police force.
