GHANA : EOCO Freezes Assets of Adu-Boahene’s “Dream Collection” Car Rental Company Amid Corruption Probe

The Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has taken decisive action, freezing multiple assets belonging to Kwabena Adu-Boahene, the ex-Director-General of the National Signals Bureau, and his wife, Angela Adjei-Boateng. This move follows the couple being hit with 15 corruption-related charges by Attorney General Dr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine.

Beyond real estate, EOCO’s actions have targeted a stunning collection of high-end vehicles allegedly owned by the couple. The seized fleet reportedly includes a Lamborghini, numerous Cadillac Escalades, Range Rovers, Land Cruisers, a Maserati, and other luxury cars. Sources suggest that EOCO is looking to seize up to 60 luxury vehicles in total.

Many of these vehicles were reportedly part of a luxury car rental business called Dream Enterprise Collections Limited, which lists its principal address as the Kempinski Hotel. The company’s website showcases a fleet of over 10 luxury vehicles, including brands like Bentley, BMW, Dodge, Ferrari, Ford, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, and Toyota. Social media posts from Dream Enterprise Collections Limited also feature Cadillac Escalade ESVs, Dodge Challengers, Mercedes Benz models, and even an Aston Martin DB11. The investigation is ongoing.
