In a landmark move to promote regional integration and free movement, Burkina Faso has officially removed all visa restrictions for African nationals.
The decision means travelers from any African country can now enter Burkina Faso without a visa, marking a significant step toward fostering unity and economic collaboration across the continent.
Authorities say the policy aligns with broader goals under the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and aims to boost tourism, trade, and cross-border cooperation.
The new visa-free policy takes immediate effect.
